1.   Take some mangoes that should slight and should have the sweet and sour taste. Primarily, wash all the mangoes using the water. Afterward, cut all the mangoes into thin and long or small slices.

2.     After that, take a pan and boil ½-cup water in the pan. Add all the mango pieces and cook it over the low flame for 5-6 minutes. 

3.     Add some ginger, cardamom, clove powder sugar and cinnamon power. Mix it well and again cook it over the low flame until the mango pieces are soft. 

4.     When you see the mixture turn thick, you can add some salt according to your taste and vinegar.

5.     Again cook the mixture for 5-6 minutes.

6.     Take it back from the flame and put it at the cool temperature. Add some red chili powder and cumin powder.

7.     Sweet and sour mango chutney is ready to eat.
